Mar 03, 2007 · I think the ps3 scales them down to fit icon size. A regular transparent gif should work. Would be nice to have these on Online icons, but I can see the reasons on why they wouldn't. To change the icon, basically put a picture(s) in your photo menu, go to your Playstation user menu (far left), select a user and press triangle.
